Pinnacle Division, Indiana Building Systems, LLC warrants to our homeowner a one-year limited warranty. Pinnacle Division, Indiana Building Systems, LLC does require that our customer read and sign our "Warranty Procedures and Project Responsibility" brochure.

This is an option on our order form and must be purchased prior to Pinnacle Division, Indiana Building Systems, LLCs shipping the house to our builder.
